NOC Engineer

Role:- NOC Engineer Elxer is looking for an experienced Engineer- Network Operations Centre (NOC) with a proven track record of leading and developing the Network Operations. The key responsibilities are to manage the team to ensure service quality and network efficiency. You would also be responsible to improve the overall quality of services including maintenance, provisioning, service restoration and Data Centre processes and capabilities. The demands on the team are increasing due to customers, more complex solutions and higher customer expectations. This role is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make an immediate impact in the operational running of a dynamic team and develop its capability in line with the growth of the network, security and overall business growth Responsibilities:- 1.Monitoring NOC operations for overall health and availability of the network, timely report and resolution of issues as per allocated service levels. 2.To act as an escalation point for customer problems and questions via telephone, e-mail and face to face. 3.To be escalation contact for service issues and out of hour issues. 4.Ensuring the right environment is in place so that staff are effectively mentored, developed and trained, 5.Develop and own the processes and procedures used by the team, based on best practice for the industry, 6.Lead internal projects to improve service 7.Conduct team reviews and be responsible for personal and career development of team members 8.Hands on knowledge of the following 9.Routing Protocols :BGP, EIGRP, OSPF,RIP 10.Switching Protocols :STP, RSTP, Port Channel ,VTP,DHCP,ERPS 11.Hardware and Software troubleshooting, OS troubleshooting and support, 12.Familiarity with Security services including Antivirus, VPN Interested candidates can share their resume/CV on janhvi.p@elxer.com / 8253071086 Compensation: 30,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementInternet reimbursementPaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundWork Location: In person .
