About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : Planning to Execution- Oversee the execution of assigned projects ensuring adherence to timelines, design, budgets, quality, safety and project goals. Understanding of all facets of the construction process. Team Management and Intra-site collaborations: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers fostering a collaborative and high-performance and inclusive culture. Experience of high-rise building construction using Aluform Mivan kind of shuttering besides other types of conventional formwork, finishing and building MEP services. Keep joint records for all critical works, abortive works and prepare all measurements and billing related documentations regularly. Understand project goals, project execution strategy and monitor monthly and quarterly targets against actual plan and initiate corrective action plan if schedule slippage is not as per plan. Must have strong knowledge of high-end finishing and MEP building services in high rise building considering logistics, quality and safety issue. Checking drawing and ensure quality execution at site as per given - work order terms and conditions and specification. Must have sound knowledge of estimation from drawing and measurement /bill certification as per work order term and conditions following building mode of measurements. Identify non- compliances with standards and workmanship as per the parameter’s inspection checklist and work order specifications. Maintain strict quality control in all work activities, prepare method statements and checklists and make sure same is followed strictly on site. Ensure site reports and related documentation- pour cards, daily progress reports, concrete cube reports, next line vendor handing over reports and monthly progress reports. Ensure that work is to be carried out as per set procedure and sequences to maintain speed, safety and quality at site in high rise buildings. Planning of all resources as per the project requirement considering manpower, material, machineries, timeline etc and Control material wastage. Job Requirements : Should have functioned in the capacity of managing a medium/large company construction industry with (BE /B. Tech civil). Good command over Microsoft windows, AutoCAD & SAP. 20+ years of experience in construction management within the real estate or building sector. At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing large-scale construction projects. Proven experience with managing high-rise or residential projects from start to finish. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Proven leadership capabilities with experience in driving cultural change and promoting safety and environmental responsibility within an organization. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills. In-depth knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Ability to manage budgets and project timelines effectively. Detail-oriented with a strong ability to focus on quality and deadlines. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
