Job Title: Senior Software Engineer / Integrator (AUTOSAR Adaptive & CI/CD) About the Role We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Integrator with strong expertise in AUTOSAR Adaptive platforms and CI/CD environments. This role focuses on integrating software components into existing automotive platforms, ensuring seamless releases, and driving system-level integration aligned with modern software engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Integrate software components into an existing AUTOSAR Adaptive system platform. Understand and validate CI/CD infrastructure and pipeline workflows. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and functionalities. Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution. Manage timelines effectively and deliver high-quality results. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and support integration needs. Maintain documentation for integration processes and system configurations. Support release processes by integrating software elements into unified release packages. Analyze new technologies (software stacks, configurators) and assess impact on integration requirements, including feasibility studies and PoCs. Adapt to changing project environments and demonstrate willingness to learn new technologies. Required Skills & Competencies Strong programming skills in C++. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions). Experience with build systems such as Bazel and Conan. Strong understanding of embedded systems / microcontroller-based development. Experience in software configuration and system integration. Knowledge of software engineering standards (e.g., IEEE 12207, ASPICE/VDA QMC). Understanding of AUTOSAR Adaptive Architecture. Experience with AUTOSAR interface definitions. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Tools & Technologies GitHub CI/CD (Actions) Bazel / Conan Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence) CMake Nice to Have Programming experience in Python and Bash scripting. Experience with CI/CD practices and C++ debugging. Exposure to AUTOSAR Classic platform. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with system configuration (.arxml files).
