About the role
Primary Skills : Java , J2EE , Spring Boot , SQL , Spring Data , Apache Kafka , microservices Design and implement enterprise-grade, secure, and scalable backend services and APIs. Lead architectural decisions for backend systems, promoting best practices and modern patterns. Develop robust RESTful and event-driven APIs for reliable system integration. Optimize backend systems for high performance, availability, and reliability. Champion continuous integration and deployment practices for fast, safe delivery cycles. Monitor, measure, and improve system observability, including logging, metrics, and alerting. Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, QA, and operations to deliver solutions aligned with business goals. Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for APIs and system components. Own service delivery from design through production, ensuring issues are addressed promptly. Mentor and support engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth. Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards and share expertise. Respond to production incidents, lead root cause analysis, and drive remediation. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and technology. Ensure solutions adhere to internal quality standards and external compliance requirements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value.
