Manager - Cyber Security

Responsibilities: Build, lead, mentor and manage a high-performing Team Communicate with various stake holders within VW group for requirement management and reporting Work with VW s suppliers to define work packages and track deliveries. Strategic leadership, risk management, compliance, and continuous monitoring of cybersecurity initiatives for VW software components. Capture detailed technical requirements for VW standard software component (SOK FM) Collaborate with various stake holders to integrate security throughout the lifecycle. Troubleshoot and technical guidance on issues Responsible for cybersecurity policies, processes, competency management and best practices Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new cybersecurity technologies and methodologies Skills: Fluent communication skills to communicate with customers and suppliers Proficient in automotive cybersecurity engineering concepts (ISO21434) Good knowledge of automotive FuSa knowledge (ISO26262) Software development exposure with AUTOSAR BSW, especially on SecOC, Crypto libraries, DCM and DEM modules Programming skills (C/C++/Python) Good understanding of automotive ASPICE process especially system and software requirement engineering Technically sound and strong leadership skills to drive cybersecurity initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulations.
