Paid Internship

Role & Responsibilities Assist in designing, developing, and testing software applications. Work with the development team on real-time projects using Java, Spring Boot, Python, AI/ML, React, MongoDB/MySQL/ PostgreSQL, or related technologies. Perform debugging, and documentation under guidance. Collaborate with senior engineers to understand system architecture and APIs. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and task tracking. Research and implement solutions to assigned technical problems. Preferred Candidate Profile Pursuing or completed B.Tech (IT/CS) or MCA , 2026 passout batch . Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (Java/C/C++/ Python/JavaScript). Basic understanding on any RDMS database (MySQL/ PostgreSQL/SQL Server/Oracle, etc) Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap. Basic understanding of frameworks like Spring Boot or React is a plus. Basic understanding Linux is a plus. Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative environment. Selection Process 1. Online Application Screening Shortlisting based on academic background, relevant skills, and project experience. 2. Aptitude & Technical Assessment A short test covering logical reasoning, programming fundamentals, and problem-solving. 3. Technical Interview (1-2 Rounds) Focused on coding skills, understanding of core concepts, and any previous project work. 4. HR / Final Interview Evaluation of communication skills, cultural fit, and internship expectations. 5. Internship Offer Letter Selected candidates will receive an official internship offer. Job Opportunity After Internship Based on the candidates performance during the internship, a full-time job opportunity may be offered.
