About the role
Telecom Engineer is responsible to conduct the activities such as Network Installation, Integration, Drive testing and Report Making for the Telecom Network under 2G/3G/4G/Volte technologies. Selected Engineer has to go through 45 days of self-funded training on Safety and Telecom Engineering. Job Responsiblities To conduct drive test and optimize the network as per the required coverage and quality specifications Responsible to travel and work as per the project plan and requirement Responsible to conduct Site Surveys and submit reports for creating final Site BOQ Responsible to supervise the technicians and rigors while working at site to achieve the desired installation results Completely responsible to ensure safety and quality compliance at the time of work Responsible in planning and communicating the work and update same to internal and external stakeholders.
