Data Scientist

What You'll Do

• • Analyze user behavior, product usage, and business metrics to uncover actionable insights.

• • Define and own key product metrics, dashboards, and reporting.

• • Design and analyze A/B experiments to guide product decisions.

• • Partner with Product, Engineering, AI, and Growth teams to solve high-impact business problems.

• • Measure and improve AI agent quality, reliability, and user success.

• • Build predictive models, segment users, and identify opportunities to improve activation, retention, and engagement.

• • Communicate insights clearly and influence product strategy.

What We're Looking For

• • 4+ years of experience in Product Data Science, Analytics, or a related role.

• • Strong SQL and Python skills with experience working on large datasets.

• • Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and data modeling.

• • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar.

• • Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.

• • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Bonus Points

• • Experience with AI or LLM products.

• • Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, dbt, Airflow, or Spark.

• • Experience in consumer products or high-growth startups.
