As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining and driving the overall architecture and roadmap for ServiceNow implementations. - Leading end-to-end solution design across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality solutions. - Architecting and implementing custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. - Ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices, standards, and governance. - Designing and managing integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub. - Leading platform upgrades, instance management, and performance optimization. - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to developers and consultants. - Conducting code reviews and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code. - Supporting pre-sales activities, including solutioning, estimations, and client engagement. Qualifications required for this role: - 7 to 10 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow. - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Lead Developer. - Deep expertise in ITSM and exposure to modules like ITOM, HRSD, or CSM. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and workflows. - Experience in designing and implementing complex integrations. - Strong understanding of data model design, CMDB, and Discovery. - Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and UI Builder. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), or CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist). - Experience with ServiceNow SPM / ITBM or advanced modules. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
