Job Title: OpenText VIM Consultant Location: Pune/Chennai Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Title: Senior OpenText VIM Consultant Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior OpenText VIM Consultant with deep expertise in SAP and OpenText solutions to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). This role requires strong functional and technical knowledge, along with the ability to drive end-to-end solution architecture and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of OpenText VIM solutions Design scalable and optimized invoice processing workflows Gather and translate complex business requirements into solution architecture Drive integration with SAP modules (FI/MM) and S/4HANA environments Oversee OCR/ICC setup, document capture, and automation strategies Provide L3 support, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure system stability Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ABAP, Basis, business users) Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions Ensure best practices, governance, and compliance in VIM implementations Required Skills: 6 -10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in OpenText VIM Hands-on experience in VIM configuration, workflows, and enhancements Strong knowledge of SAP FI/MM integration Experience with ICC/OCR, Archive Server, and document management Exposure to S/4HANA migrations or implementations Ability to handle complex troubleshooting and performance tuning Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: OpenText VIM and/or SAP certification Experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 apps related to invoice processing Familiarity with automation tools (RPA, AI-based invoice processing)
