Technical Lead, IT/Tech

As a Technical Lead with Emerson's Liquid Management Solutions Team, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing the work of teams dedicated to deploying products for the Oil and Gas industry. Your analytical skills will be crucial in resolving customer requests and issues, while ensuring commitment to quality, self-improvement, and team-oriented development. You will review technical build specifications, participate in testing, triage and track issues, and collaborate with technical teams and business partners. Your role will involve ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and achieve high customer satisfaction. You will document client operational procedures, make recommendations to improve business activities, and provide technical support to various client groups. Additionally, you will assist in planning and developing business processes and systems, exhibit outstanding collaboration and problem-solving skills, and write user documentation as needed. Client training sessions and post-go-live support will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you will need a minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in software development, along with a BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical equivalent. Your knowledge of internet-based systems, experience with C# development, ASP.NET, and the Microsoft .NET Framework will be essential. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/JSON, and other programming languages/tools is required. Experience with SQL Server, TSQL, stored procedures, and database optimization is crucial, while familiarity with Windows IIS, BI tools, and custom interface development will be advantageous.
