Senior Product Manager Finance & Treasury & Core Engine Function: Product Management Finance & Treasury & Core Engine Level: Senior / Principal Product Manager Reports To: Head of Product Location: Remote / Hybrid (US Time Zones Preferred) About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to help build our Commerce Command Centre (CCC) a unified operating layer for commercial payments, working capital, and treasury that connects businesses, their ERP systems, and banking relationships. This role will own two critical product areas: 1. Finance & Treasury capabilities within Commerce Command Centre 2. The core financial engine that powers the platform The core engine is a unified, immutable, multi-asset ledger with programmable money movement as a first-class capability. Complex financial workflows such as escrow, trust payments, retainage, joint checks, and conditional releases are built as reusable patterns on top of the same ledger and movement primitives. This is a high-ownership, zero-to-one product role requiring robust fintech domain expertise, technical depth, and the ability to work across engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Core Ledger & Programmable Money Engine - Own product strategy and roadmap for a unified, immutable, sub-ledgerable, multi-asset financial ledger. - Define ledger data models, consistency requirements, audit capabilities, and reconciliation workflows. - Build programmable money movement capabilities supporting: - Escrow - Trust payments - Retainage - Joint checks - Conditional releases - Other configurable payment workflows - Define strategy for payment rails including build vs. partner decisions across: - ACH - RTP / FedNow - Cards - Wires - Create shared platform capabilities including: - APIs - Developer tools - Workflow components - Reusable financial primitives 2.
