Head of Technical Innovation

Role Overview: You will design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance full-stack applications using ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, and MVC (7/8.0). Additionally, you will guide teams in building robust SQL Server 2022 / Azure SQL database solutions and seamless API integrations (REST, Web API, WCF). Your role will involve providing architectural guidance and ensuring adherence to software development best practices. You will also oversee Agile ceremonies and drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Mentor Senior Software Engineers, Software Engineers, and Associate Software Engineers. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, especially in AI-related practices. - Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and operations teams to align business goals with technical solutions. - Lead internal AI knowledge-sharing initiatives and upskilling programs for the engineering team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in a technical leadership role. - Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, LLMs (e.g., GPT), and AI-first engineering practices. - Proven expertise in .NET stack (ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, MVC) and front-end frameworks (React/Angular). - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (Azure preferred). - Excellent technical problem-solving, architectural design, and mentoring skills.
