Senior Mobile Automation QA Engineer

Job Title: Senior Mobile Automation QA Engineer Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Mobile Automation QA Engineerwith strong experience in mobile application testing (Android & iOS)and a deep understanding of mobile automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, establish test strategies, and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced agile environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain mobile automation frameworks using Appium, Java, and TestNG/JUnit.Execute and optimize automation scripts across Android and iOS platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, DevOps) to ensure smooth integration of automation in CI/CD pipelines.Perform end-to-end mobile testing, including functional, regression, performance, and API testing.Identify areas of improvement in existing test processes and drive automation coverage.Mentor junior QA engineers and review automation scripts for best practices and scalability.Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance in a banking/financial domain.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of experiencein QA with at least 4+ years in mobile automation testing.Hands-on expertise with Appium, Java, TestNG/JUnit, Gradle/Maven, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).Strong knowledge of mobile platforms (Android & iOS)and debugging tools (ADB, Xcode, Android Studio).Experience in manual testing of mobile apps, including UI, usability, and API validations (Postman/RestAssured).Good understanding of banking or financial domain applications(e.g., login, payments, authentication, transactions).Experience working in Agile/Scrumenvironments.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Good to HaveExperience with BFF (Backend For Frontend)testing and integration with API automation.Knowledge of performance testing tools(JMeter, Android Profiler, etc.).Familiarity with security testing conceptsrelevant to banking apps.
