Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Define and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and technical guidelines. Ensure best practices in software development, including scalability, performance, and security. Experience in conducting code reviews, refactoring code, and ensuring compliance with established coding standards. Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and related technologies. Architect scalable and efficient solutions based on business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs, microservices, and other system components. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Java, Java EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security), and Hibernate. Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS). In-depth knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Java development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
