Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications (user stories). Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses. Work with development teams to design and implement system solutions. Develop and maintain process workflows, diagrams, and other documentation. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
