Business Analyst

Technical Skills: Triaging : Prioritize and manage the resolution of defects identified during testing. Defect Resolution: Work closely with IT & business teams to address and resolve defects in a timely manner. Able to assess the feasibility, impact and effort for change requests from the business stakeholders. Job Description: Acts as a SPOC for requirements for the business users and liaise with the delivery teams during the project delivery cycle. Flexible working hours to work either in AP, EU or US timezone Responsibility: Good communication in English (both written and spoken) Experience in requirements gathering. Facilitate requirements discussion to ensure business understands the capabilities of the product/platform. Customer Service knowledge would be of advantage Work experience in global settings would be of advantage Plan & support user testing to ensure that the product capabilities meet business expectations.
