About the role
Experience: 7+ years in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years deploying AI solutions on Azure. Expertise in machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure ML SDK. Advanced knowledge of Azure AI Services: Cognitive Services, OpenAI, AI Document Intelligence. Proficiency in Python for AI/ML workflows. Hands-on experience with serverless architecture: Azure Functions, Durable Functions. Familiarity with data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or Event Grid. Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and RAG techniques. Proven experience with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment. Certifications: Azure certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Soft Skills: Leadership experience, mentoring skills, and ability to design end-to-end AI systems.
