About the Role: Make Design for Roof Mount/Ground Mount, etc. residential solar projects, while maintaining quality standard. Review and/or develop site assessment data, including shading, structural, and electrical analysis, to inform final system designs. Create, review, and modify drawing sets using AutoCAD and custom software tools. Conduct engineering calculations and generate Bills of Materials (BOM). Research, document, and adhere to local and national code requirements in project jurisdictions. Possess in-depth knowledge of all photovoltaic (PV) equipment components and provide technical support as needed. Complete mandatory courses related to industry standards and products (e.g., Iron Ridge, Unirac). Continuously update design standards and templates to reflect industry best practices. Qualification: Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering US Solar experience is must. Designation and CTC depend as per the candidate experience.
