Data Analyst

As an AI Engineer / AI-ML Engineer at our Gurugram location, you will have the opportunity to work alongside senior engineers and data scientists to develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models that address real business challenges. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in building and training Machine Learning and AI models - Working with structured and unstructured data for analysis and model development - Implementing ML algorithms for prediction, classification, and automation tasks - Supporting the deployment of AI models into production environments - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions - Performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation - Documenting model design, experiments, and performance metrics - Continuously learning and applying new AI/ML tools and frameworks To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field - Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts (supervised, unsupervised learning) - Knowledge of Python programming - Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn (TensorFlow/PyTorch is a plus) - Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role include exposure to Deep Learning or NLP concepts, hands-on academic or project experience in AI/ML, understanding of APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP basic level), and good communication and teamwork skills.
