About the role
Location: Pune (5 Days WFO) Experience: 9+ Years Reporting To: Cyber Security & IT Infrastructure Manager Role Type: Individual Contributor (Hands-on Technical Role) Key Responsibilities - Manage and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, wireless networks, and cloud connectivity. - Provide L2/L3 support for critical infrastructure incidents and major outages. - Administer AWS & Azure environments, including cloud networking and hybrid connectivity. - Support Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, backup, monitoring, and Active Directory infrastructure. - Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, network segmentation, firewall governance, and vulnerability remediation. - Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, RCA reports, and support audits and compliance requirements. - Coordinate with ISPs, cloud providers, OEMs, and managed service partners. Mandatory Skills - Enterprise Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, WAN/LAN. - Firewalls: Fortinet/Cisco/Palo Alto/Check Point, NAT, VPNs, Security Policies. - Cloud: AWS (VPC, Security Groups, VPN, EC2) and Azure (VNet, NSG, VPN Gateway). - Infrastructure: Windows Server, Linux, AD, Virtualization, Backup, Monitoring. - Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and documentation skills. Preferred Skills - Zscaler, SD-WAN, SASE/ZTNA, Okta, CrowdStrike, ServiceNow. - Experience in Renewable Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Critical Infrastructure environments. - Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, AWS, Azure, Fortinet/Palo Alto, ITIL. Ideal Candidate - 9+ years of hands-on infrastructure and networking experience. - Solid problem solver with proven experience in firewall, network, cloud, and infrastructure operations. - Comfortable with extended support during critical incidents and major changes. - Technical doer with minimal vendor dependency and strong ownership mindset. .
