Delivery Leadership Own end-to-end delivery of: Data pipelines and data products Reporting and analytics solutions AI / ML use cases Ensure quality, timelines, and delivery performance B. Architecture & Design Define data & AI solution architecture aligned with Group standards Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability Contribute to platform evolution (Data Platform, AI Studio) C. Industrialization & Run Readiness Drive transition from build to run Implement DevOps / MLOps practices and automation Ensure production readiness and operational stability D. Team Leadership Lead and mentor Data Engineers, Data Analysts, AI specialists Coordinate with: Product Owners Data Office / Governance Platform teams E. Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with: Data governance frameworks Security and architecture standards Responsible AI principles Expected Skills Technical Data engineering & pipelines Analytics and BI environments AI / ML fundamentals Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
