Senior Qa Lead (Thiruvananthapuram)

Roles & Responsibilities - End-to-end responsibility for the testing process, including: - Test Planning - Test Case & Test Script Development - Test Execution & Reporting - Integration Testing Sign-off - UAT Defect Analysis - Generating different test metrics - Ensure test coverage across all phases of testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Coordinate with the Release Manager, Business Analysts, and Delivery team to establish project requirements, project priorities, identify risks, and establish testing plans and estimates. - Assist with the development and improvement of procedures, processes, training materials, and user guides to achieve operational efficiency and improve customer and staff experience. - Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to achieve business outcomes. - Effectively communicate status and findings in both oral and written forms to senior management. - Lead and develop the Quality Management System, striving for best-in-class products. - Conduct and participate in internal quality audits, process audits, and customer audits as and when necessary. - Continuously review quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities to sustain the most cost-effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements, and make recommendations for improvement where appropriate. - Develop business cases to propose test automation solutions. - Lead, manage, guide, and train the team of testers. - Support project management activities. Skill Requisites : - Strong QA and software testing industry knowledge. - Minimum 10 years of experience in test team management, software development, or qualified services, with several years in project implementations involving full lifecycle testing for complex projects and managerial experience. - Knowledge of both Automation Testing and Manual Testing. - Expertise in developing and documenting testing strategies, including: - Test Plan Developme .
