About the role
You will be joining ENHANCE HEAD NECK REHABILITATION, a healthcare-focused organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with head and neck conditions. As a Digital Sculpting with Blender + 3D Printing Experience Product Designer/Engineer/3D Artist based in Pune City, your role involves creating detailed 3D digital sculpts using Blender software for patient-specific and ergonomic healthcare products. You will be responsible for translating clinical and design requirements into manufacturable 3D models, preparing files for 3D printing, and iterating designs based on feedback from clinicians and internal stakeholders. Collaborating with rehabilitation specialists, refining surface geometry and fit, performing test prints, and documenting design versions and parameters are some of the key tasks you will undertake. Additionally, you will provide support for basic post-processing guidelines, contribute to design reviews, and uphold a high standard of accuracy, safety, and usability in all deliverables. Qualifications: - Strong analytical skills to interpret clinical requirements, evaluate design constraints, and optimize 3D models for function, fit, and printability. - Effective communication skills for collaboration with clinicians, engineers, and cross-functional teams, and for presenting design concepts and rationale clearly. - Experience in contributing to digital strategy within a product or healthcare context, using digital tools and workflows for design, version control, and documentation. - Proficiency in project management practices including task planning, progress tracking, meeting deadlines, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. - Familiarity with digital marketing principles to support visual assets, product presentations, or educational materials related to designed solutions. - Hands-on expertise with Blender (or similar 3D sculpting tools), 3D CAD software, and preparing models for 3D printing (supports, tolerances, file formats). - Experience with 3D printing technologies such as FDM, SLA, materials selection, and basic understanding of post-processing and quality checks. - Bachelors degree in Product Design, Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Design, 3D Art, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage multiple design iterations, and maintain a detail-oriented, user-centered approach to healthcare product development.
