QA Engineer - Lead/Senior

Job Description As a software tester, you will be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. You will conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed within a product before it gets deployed to everyday users. Your role is integral to the creation of software systems and technical products. You will need to be familiar, or become familiar with, programming and using coding languages. Key Responsibilities - Extensively work on Manual Testing/API Testing/Functional or UI Testing. - Develop test strategies and test plans for projects. - Participate in developing and reviewing the test policies for the organization. - Define the scope of testing within the context of every release and every software testing level or cycle. - Use resources in an effective way and manage the resources for software testing. - Apply the appropriate test measurement and metrics for the software product and testing team. - Design test scenarios for software usability, run these tests, and prepare reports on the effectiveness and defects to the production team. Qualifications Required - Minimum 6-10 years of related work experience in API and Functionality testing preferably in the Payments domain. - Ability to work in a high-performance environment. - Must be a Graduate in B.
