About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Shift Planning and worker handling/allocation Handle day to day rubber moulding problems with hands on approach Mould & machine setup and validation. Mould repairs and maintenance. Quality checking and response to issues Productivity control and improvement Mixing planning, colour settings, sampling and production. Create process flows, documentation and process improvement Desired Candidate Profile Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3-8 years experience in Rubber products manufacturing. Knowledge of Injection Moulding is advantageous. Knowledge of mould maintenance and hands-on approach required.
