Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled RPA Developer with atleast 4 years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere to join our energetic RPA team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, deployment and maintenance of RPA bots and will mentor junior developers. This role requires a solid understanding of RPA best practices, solution architecture and process automation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility. - Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Automation Anywhere bots (Attended/Unattended). - Collaborate with process owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements. - Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate automation. - Lead and mentor a team of junior RPA developers. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Integrate bots with third-party systems (APIs, databases, web services, etc.). - Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring solutions. - Provide support for bots in production monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. - Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and user guides.
