About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Design, develop, and customize responsive WordPress websites from concept to deployment. 2. Create social media creatives, banners, brand assets, and marketing collateral. 3. Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins using page builders and custom code. 4. Design UI/UX mockups and convert them into pixel-perfect WordPress pages. 5. Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, payment gateways, CRMs, forms, and analytics tools. 6. Optimize websites for speed, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and performance. 7. Edit images and graphics for websites and social media platforms. 8. Troubleshoot website issues, plugin conflicts, and layout bugs. 9. Manage website hosting, backups, and basic security practices. 10. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, PHP, and MySQL. 2. Hands-on experience with WordPress theme setup and page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery. 3. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools. 4. Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and UI/UX principles. 5. Ability to debug front-end and back-end issues and work with brand guidelines. 6. Portfolio showcasing web development and/or graphic design projects. 7. High ownership mindset with the ability to design, build, test, and deploy projects. 8. Familiarity with WooCommerce, Git, SEO, website performance optimization, motion graphics, or video editing is an added advantage.
