About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager / Technical Lead who can lead a small engineering team while actively contributing to software development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in at least one modern technology stack and possess working knowledge of software architecture, cloud technologies, and application development best practices. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, mentor developers, review code, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions across internal technology projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of software developers. Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions. Develop scalable backend and frontend applications. Perform code reviews and ensure coding best practices. Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements. Estimate development efforts and plan sprint activities. Ensure the timely delivery of projects with high quality. Implement REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions. Support deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and production releases. Troubleshoot technical issues and guide the team in problem resolution. Required Skills: 6-8 years of software development experience. 2+ years of team leadership or technical lead experience. Strong expertise in at least one technology stack: MERN (React.js, Node.js, MongoDB) Java Spring Boot Microsoft .NET Python Experience with REST APIs and Microservices. Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
