As direct funders of merchant cash advances, they specialize in high-risk and challenging cases. Their mission is to ensure every U.S. business has access to vital capital. Key Responsibilities We are seeking a junior Salesforce developer with 2-5 years of Salesforce development experience. We're looking for a smart, creative developer with diverse experience. You'll be expected to handle advanced tasks, including designing solutions, interfacing with services using platform events and REST architecture, writing APEX classes, optimizing flows, implementing lightning components, and providing expert-level support. You should possess a strong software engineering background and a solid understanding of object-oriented software principles. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience with APEX, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning. - Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs. - Familiarity with Aura Framework. Experience building Lightning Aura Components. - Proficiency in unit testing and dependency injection. - Proven experience in developing complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems successfully delivered to customers. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with both business and technical teams. - Understanding of broader systems engineering concepts, including data structures, data modeling, database schemas, event-driven vs. message-driven architecture, and API integration best practices. - Experience with Git Version Control Systems and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) workflows within Salesforce. Preferred Qualifications - Understanding and experience in the FinTech / Financing space - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum setting - Salesforce Application Architect Certification - Salesforce Systems Architect Certification - Platform Developer II certification .
