Proficient in Asp, Dot net, C #, MS technologies. Candidates with high level energy, team orientation, experienced in software project management. B.E. (Computer Sciences/ Electronics) / M- Tech with minimum 4 years of experience in software analysis / design / development / architecture & project management. Experience in developing project plans for customer reviews using Microsoft Project tool. Also developed detailed development work- breakdown structures for the team. Should have an experience in project estimation & feasibility. Experience in risk management and mitigation plans by taking proactive decisions during the course of the project so as to ensure that the Project milestones are met. To be responsible for guidance and mentoring of team leaders/ designers/ developers for solving their technical & personal problems. Skills: Good understanding of Project Management tools like MS Project or Enterprise Architect etc. Should have good knowledge of any one of the processes like CMM I, XML. Experience in designing the business models using UML. Strong skills in RDBMS, specifically in MS SQL Server 2000 or later version.
