About the role
Role Overview: As a SAP MDG Cloud-Ready Solution Architect specializing in SAP S/4HANA, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of next-generation master data governance capabilities within the global SAP S/4 HANA transformation program. Your expertise in SAP MDG Cloud-Ready Mode will be crucial in transitioning from the current Classic Mode to Cloud-Ready Mode for Business Partner governance processes. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the SAP MDG Cloud-Ready architecture for Business Partner governance, including designing scalable solutions for Customer and Supplier domains. - Lead solution design workshops with business and IT stakeholders to develop architecture standards, governance patterns, and implementation guidelines. - Assess existing SAP MDG Classic Mode processes and workflows to develop migration and coexistence strategies between Classic Mode and Cloud-Ready Mode. - Design and govern workflow architecture for SAP MDG Cloud-Ready Mode using Process Templates and process-based governance patterns. - Define governance processes for Customer and Supplier master data domains, including creation, change, approval, activation, mass processing, and data quality validation scenarios. - Lead the transition from Classic Mode Change Request and BRF+ workflow architecture to Cloud-Ready Process Template architecture. - Design workflow approval patterns, participant determination strategies, SAP Fiori My Inbox workflow experiences, workflow monitoring, process analytics, and governance KPI reporting capabilities. - Evaluate and implement workflow extensibility requirements using standard Cloud-Ready Process Template capabilities, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Business Workflow integration, and SAP BTP workflow services where appropriate. - Provide architecture guidance on workflow scalability, maintainability, clean-core compliance, and SAP roadmap alignment.
