Position Overvi ew: The Senior Engineer , AI is a key individual contributor within Ensemble's Analytics and AI organization. This role is responsible for translating complex business and operational challenges i nto scalable analytical, AI, and automation solut i ons.The Senior Associate partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to design, build, and deploy analytics and AI models that enhance decision‑making, reduce friction across revenue cycle workflows, and enable measurable operational outcomes. The role operates with a high degree of ownership, contributing independently while aligning with architectural patterns and quality standards defined by Leads and Manag e rs.
