Job Responsibilities: - Create, modify, and maintain security access for internal and external user IDs and security rules on mainframe systems using ACF2, Top Secret, and RACF. - Review security policies, procedures, and standards to recommend and implement security solutions. - Coordinate security remediation plans and ensure compliance with security standards and procedures. Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of security and best practices. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in Mainframe Security packages RACF and ACF2. Technical Key Skills: - Hands-on administration of RACF and ACF2 login IDs, dataset, and resource rules. - Experience with Mainframe Digital certificates. - Monitoring system security policy, incidents, and violations. - Reviewing audit reports and providing customer support. - Proficiency in TSO, JCL, IBM Utilities, JES2, ISPF, and CICS. - Availability for 24/7 support with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good to have Skills: - MVS experience. - PC Skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - CISSP, CISA, CISM, or ITIL Certification preferred. - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field. - Other mainframe security products knowledge is a plus.
