Business Intelligence Manager

Role Overview: As the Business Intelligence Manager at Ensono, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and operational excellence of enterprise analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled insights. You will oversee BI platforms, data visualization, and analytical solutions to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your role will involve partnering with business leaders, data engineering, AI governance, and security teams to ensure accurate, explainable, secure, and aligned insights. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the enterprise BI and analytics strategy, including AI-enabled insights, aligned to business objectives and data governance standards. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI developers, analysts, and analytics engineers. - Establish prioritization frameworks for analytics and AI-driven use cases. - Serve as a trusted advisor to business and executive stakeholders on analytics and AI capabilities. - Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, predictive models, and AI-assisted analytics products. - Enable the use of AI for trend analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation using governed enterprise data. - Ensure consistent semantic models, metrics definitions, and explainable outputs across BI and AI solutions. - Partner with data science and data engineering teams to operationalize AI outputs into BI platforms and business workflows. - Drive adoption of AI-assisted self-service analytics while maintaining data quality, lineage, and control. - Own BI and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and their integration with AI and cloud data platforms. - Support AI-enabled features such as natural language query, automated insights, and embedded copilots where appropriate. - Define standards for dashboard design, AI explainability, usability, accessibility, and performance. - Lead platform optimization, licensing strategy, and cost management across BI and AI tooling. - Ensure AI use of data complies with enterprise AI governance, security, privacy, and ethical standards. - Partner with security, risk, and compliance teams to enforce access controls, sensitivity labeling, and usage monitoring. - Support model transparency, bias awareness, and auditability for AI-derived insights. - Maintain documentation for AI use cases, assumptions, and limitations. - Enforce data governance, certification, and lifecycle management for BI and AI assets. - Establish data quality and AI output validation processes. - Maintain business glossaries, metric definitions, and AI-enabled analytics documentation. - Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to analytics and AI. - Translate business questions into analytics and AI use cases with measurable outcomes. - Enable business teams through training on BI tools, AI-assisted analytics, and responsible usage. - Measure and report on analytics and AI value realization, adoption, and business impact. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field. - 710 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data platforms. - 3+ years of experience leading BI or analytics teams. - Strong expertise in BI platforms (Power BI preferred) and enterprise data architectures. - Demonstrated understanding of AI-assisted analytics and advanced analytical techniques. - Proven experience partnering with senior business stakeholders. - Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance principles.
