Job Description:

Position Summary: The Wet Etch & Cleans Engineering Organization is seeking a motivated and collaborative Senior New Product Development (NPD) Engineer to design, develop, and support innovative liquid filtration products that drive long-term business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in semiconductor manufacturing and contribute to global technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives from concept to commercialization.

• Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis to optimize filter performance.

• Collaborate with global technical teams and customers to ensure alignment and successful criteria .

• Deliver clear, concise technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

• Mentor and coach junior engineers across cross-functional teams.

• Publish technical work at internal and external conferences.

• Support projects with up to 10% travel .

Qualifications and Preferred Skills

• M aster’s degree in chemistry, c hemical e ngineering and Material Science

• Experience in the following areas is a strong plus:

• Semiconductor process engineering / integration engineering experience

• Hands-on experience with fluid handling equipment, especially filtration and purification systems

• Proven project leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Hands-on experience with Design of Experiments (DOE)

• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP , PowerBI ) and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical reporting

• How do we measure success Effective collaboration across metrology, NPI , and PE teams.

• Timely and cost-effective delivery of NPD projects.

• Demonstrated improvement in filter performance through DOE and data-driven decisions.

• High-quality technical documentation and presentations.
