DevOps Engineer

We're Hiring: DevOps Engineer (3–6 Years) Location: Bengaluru ; Hybrid Mode Experience: 3–6 Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a passionate, hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team and fast-track our platform modernization journey . You'll help design and build self-healing, resilient systems that support applications at scale, while pushing the boundaries of AI + DevOps integration . What You'll Do Lead platform modernization: containerization, service mesh adoption, microservices & serverless migration. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines & self-service DevOps platforms for seamless deployments. Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) for scalable, repeatable deployments. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration & operations (Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Apply AI/ML automation for predictive alerting, anomaly detection, and intelligent incident response. Drive observability standards (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, AIOps) for monitoring, logging & alerting. Integrate DevSecOps practices into every stage of the SDLC. Research & adopt emerging tech to improve scalability, resilience, and developer experience. Participate in SRE on-call rotations , production support, and post-incident reviews. Build internal tools to boost platform visibility & operational efficiency. Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents & resolve performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with engineering, architecture & security teams to align on best practices. Support disaster recovery, backup strategies & compliance (SOC2, ISO). Mentor junior engineers & foster a culture of engineering excellence . What We're Looking For 3–6 years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering with a software engineering mindset. Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Istio/Linkerd . Strong with CI/CD tools ( Jenkins, ArgoCD, Spinnaker ). Experience with observability stacks ( Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Datadog ). Knowledge of AIOps & ML-driven automation. Solid IaC skills (Terraform, Pulumi) & config management (Ansible, Puppet). Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, pub/sub). Understanding of cloud cost optimization & automation strategies. Security scanning in CI/CD (Trivy, Snyk, arnica). Problem-solving skills in complex, distributed systems.
