About the role
Lead Technical Program Manager About the Role We are looking for a high-impact Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of complex, large-scale technology programs that enable critical business outcomes. In this role, you will partner closely with executive stakeholders, product, engineering, and business teams to lead end-to-end program execution in a fast-paced, SaaS-driven environment. You will bring strong technical depth, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills to orchestrate cross-functional initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, product, business, and operations to deliver complex technology programs Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to align on vision, scope, priorities, and outcomes Drive program planning, execution, and delivery , ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies are actively managed Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making using metrics, reporting, and industry trends Champion Agile and outcome-based delivery , fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues , proactively resolving roadblocks Optimize resource planning and allocation across multiple initiatives Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to executive leadership Leverage technical expertise to guide discussions across architecture, platforms, and enterprise systems Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 8–11 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (or similar role) delivering complex software programs Strong experience in SaaS environments Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Lean Portfolio Management, DevOps) Proven ability to manage large, complex, cross-functional programs Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities Experience working across multiple time zones Ability to work in a hybrid office model (3+ days onsite) Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as: Financial Systems: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM: Salesforce Data Platforms: Azure Data Lake / Enterprise Data Warehouse Experience with project planning, status reporting, and executive dashboards Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience with large-scale system and enterprise architecture Customer-centric mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes Hands-on experience with JIRA, Power BI, Azure DevOps Agile coaching experience (nice to have) Certifications preferred: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM Curious, continuous learner with the ability to challenge assumptions and think creatively Share your CV's to [HIDDEN TEXT].
