Process Engineer

Job Description 01. As a process engineering will be the overall responsible of the development of the blade manufacturing process right from the initial phase, layout defining, mould installation and validation, tooling installation and validation and process development in-line with Global standards. 02. Design and development of the Blade manufacturing layout with Lean strategy and lean movement of the manufacturing flow eliminating the MUDA 03. Supporting LEAN strategy execution and product development as per Team blade Target Requirement. 04. Supporting the technical development and contributing to of High-Level Engineering Documentation & Lean Manufacturing strategies. 05. Encouraging teamwork and collaboration towards a systematic work approach and continuously improve organizational consistency and struggle effectiveness Roles - . 01. Design and define the best manufacturing layout for the Blade manufacturing process. 02. Responsible for Finishing operation (post moulding) 03. Development of the Process documentation like Work Instruction for manufacturing process, in process tooling specification and Bill of manufacturing. 04. Knowledge on blade painting process, balancing process and finishing operation. 05. Technical knowledge transfer Develop Training module, Skill Matrix evolution. 06. Responsible for preparation of Training material and providing technical training. 07. Involve and execute the FPQ, 0-series blade & Mass production. 08. Responsible to handle the Problem data bank start from the FPQ process including the lesson learned points and closure of all the points with CFT approach in 0-series production. 09. Contributes to process development and validation (PFMEA, PVPL, PVPR, MRS). 10. Lean Manufacturing, Developing & maintaining LEAN documentation such as Route Sheets (Man hrs & Tact Time), Jobs Card, Resource Combination Sheets. Qualifications 01. Bachelors degree in any of the following disciplines Polymer / Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Aerodynamics 02. Minimum 5 years of experience in Wind industries / Engineering Industries / Aeronautical Industries / Composite industries 03. Basic knowledge on AutoCAD is preferable 04. Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma Green belt/Black belt (Green belt is minimum requirement) Experience in PLM system is added advantage Competencies 01. Need sound knowledge on blade manufacturing process from Material preparation to Finishing 02. Need to have good knowledge on Machines & moulds needed for blade manufacturing process 03. Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills 04. Experience on new product development if any 05. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change Compliance: 1. Understand and adhere to applicable compliance policies, procedures, and controls. 2. Participate actively in compliance training and awareness programs. 3. Report any suspected non-compliance, unethical behavior, or risks encountered. 4. Cooperate fully with compliance monitoring, audits, and investigations. 5. Maintain awareness of relevant compliance obligations affecting their work.
