Lead ETL Engineer (Python & AWS)

We are seeking an accomplished Lead ETL Engineer with deep expertise in Python and its associated frameworks , along with extensive experience with AWS , to join our Data & Analytics organization. The Lead Engineer is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of business needs, from shaping requirements and defining technical strategy to deploying software into production and guiding a team of engineers along the way. This role requires mastery of critical technologies, proficiency across a broad technical landscape, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for mentoring others while continuously adding value to the business. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and evolution of ETL processes for Health Services FHIR, partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that data integration and transformation processes are efficient, reliable, scalable, and aligned with the broader technical vision.
