Lead iOS Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Lead iOS Software Engineer to spearhead our mobile engineering team. In this position, you will own the technical strategy, architecture, and progression of our native iOS applications, defining the engineering vision and standards across the entire platform. Operating with a modern development stack built around Swift, you will design elegant, high-performing, and intuitive mobile experiences that delight our customers and scale alongside our business — while guiding and growing a team of skilled iOS engineers. You will serve as the primary technical authority for the iOS domain, collaborating strategically with product managers, product designers (UX/UI), backend leads, and engineering management. You will steer the team through the entire delivery cycle — from initial concept and technical discovery to a successful release on the Apple App Store — while shaping hiring, mentorship, and long-term platform direction.
