Lead JavaScript Full-Stack Developer (ReactJS, Next.js)

We are searching for an exceptional Lead JavaScript Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise and passion for engineering rich, responsive web and hybrid-mobile applications at scale. In this role, you'll leverage your mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js to define technical vision, lead engineering teams, and ship fast, SEO-friendly, and mobile-first user interfaces that set the standard across the entire organization. You'll head the design of outstanding web experiences that look and feel like native mobile apps, owning performance optimization strategies for both desktop and mobile web view browsers (including iOS Safari). Partnering closely with backend engineering leads, UX designers, and product leadership, you'll translate complex interactive designs into elegant, modular, and reusable front-end architectures — while managing, mentoring, and growing a team of engineers and championing best practices across the organization.
