Lead Software Engineer - Java FS Angular

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer – Java FS Angular to join our team and drive the design, development and delivery of scalable full-stack solutions while mentoring team members and collaborating across cross-functional groups. Responsibilities Communicate directly with stakeholders on requirements gathering, refinement and demonstration of work results Develop code based on established coding standards and architecture guidelines Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to team members Create efficient unit, acceptance and integration tests Collaborate with the Delivery Lead and Scrum Masters to facilitate planned releases Support testing, training and implementation phases of projects Handle non-functional requirements such as performance and security Interact with multiple interface teams to ensure functionality works end-to-end Deliver high-quality outputs while working closely with cross-functional teams across different time zones Requirements 8 to 12 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Java and full-stack development Expertise in Java8+, Spring Boot and REST API Proficiency in Microservices architecture Skills in Junit, JavaScript and SQL Understanding of software engineering best practices and design patterns Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Good communication and analytical skills English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have Familiarity with AI - Copilot tools
