Lead Software Engineer - RPA

Office Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Coimbatore/Jaipur/Gurgaon Exp Range: 8 yrs to 15 yrs Work Mode: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand opportunities and challenges. Translate business requirements and concepts into actionable solution architectures and implementation roadmaps. Design scalable solutions leveraging Automation Anywhere, Applied AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation technologies. Define architecture patterns, standards, and best practices. Create solution design documents, architecture diagrams, technical blueprints, and executive presentations. Evaluate technologies, assess trade-offs, and provide architecture recommendations. Guide engineering teams through architecture reviews and technical decision-making. Drive alignment across business, product, engineering, and platform teams. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Software Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with RPA-UI path/Automation Anywhere and enterprise automation solutions. Experience designing Applied AI / Generative AI solutions. Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise systems. Proven ability to convert ambiguous business requirements into structured execution plans. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Databricks or AWS. Experience with Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and Intelligent Document Processing. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance practices
