Principal Engineer - .NET Full Stack

As a Principal Engineer - .NET Full Stack with Cloud & Gen AI, you will be responsible for taking full technical ownership of complex application development projects. Your role will involve designing and building scalable high-performance solutions while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery. You will collaborate closely with product owners and engineering teams to ensure that business objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: - Take full technical ownership of the entire application development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation and deployment - Design and build scalable high-performance applications - Leverage AI tools, including Copilots, throughout the development process - Collaborate with product owners and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - Perform code reviews to ensure quality and consistency - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with a proven track record of delivering complex applications end-to-end - Proficiency in .NET and ReactJS/Angular - Expertise in Azure/AWS and MS SQL - Familiarity with AI tools (GitHub Copilot is preferred) - Understanding of modern software architecture patterns (microservices, serverless, event-driven, etc.) - Background in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a relentless drive for technical excellence - Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders As a Principal Engineer - .NET Full Stack with Cloud & Gen AI, you will be responsible for taking full technical ownership of complex application development projects.
