About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing SAP engineering teams, drive enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs, and define modern SAP development standards across complex client landscapes. This role is ideal for a senior SAP technology professional with a strong background in SAP ABAP, ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS, OData, SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, enterprise architecture, clean core principles, and technical governance. The successful candidate will combine hands-on technical credibility with strong people leadership, delivery ownership, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across international environments. You will play a key role in shaping SAP engineering strategy, leading distributed teams, supporting S/4HANA transformation and modernization programs, and promoting innovation through modern development practices, automation, DevOps, and AI-augmented SAP solutions.
