Senior Generative AI Python Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer with hands-on Generative AI experience to join one of seven agile teams within a large-scale enterprise search technologies project. The project focuses on developing and supporting enterprise search products powered by Coveo, ElasticSearch, and OpenSearch. Our teams build and enhance solutions, including corporate search platforms, website search capabilities, and AI-powered search features integrated into client products. The project brings together approximately 85 professionals from EPAM, the client, and other vendors, organized into seven agile streams. Each team operates with its own Product Owner and Scrum Master, following Kanban or Scrum methodology, and focuses on a dedicated product area. This is an opportunity to develop deep expertise in search technologies, RAG architectures, and AI-powered engineering — while working on products with real-world enterprise impact at scale.
