About the role
Join a leading global investment management environment as a Senior/Lead Technical Business Analyst supporting a strategic Client Reporting initiative within Investment Operations. In this role, you will help shape the future-state reporting architecture by contributing to the build-out of a scalable reporting database in Snowflake, designed to support a growing portfolio of insurance SMAs with complex and bespoke reporting requirements. You will work closely with technology, data, reporting, and operations teams to document current reporting data flows, define future-state data architecture, and translate complex business needs into clear data, modeling, and integration specifications. The role is key to improving data accuracy, lineage, and scalability across core source systems such as Geneva, Everest, and other reporting platforms. In addition to the Client Reporting workstream, you will also support BAU Investment Operations initiatives, including automation projects related to corporate actions and asset transfers in Geneva. This role is offered in a remote work model, with working hours required until 18:00 CET.
