Senior Marketing System Integrations Specialist

The Marketing System Integrations Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of system integrations that support global marketing operations initiatives. This is a highly hands-on, execution-focused role, with end-to-end ownership of building, maintaining, and optimizing integrations to ensure reliable, scalable data flows across platforms. The specialist monitors and resolves integration issues independently, without reliance on a separate development team. In support of global marketing operations, this role designs and operates cross-system workflows that enable marketing execution, candidate engagement, and lead lifecycle processes at scale. The team operates at the intersection of marketing, data, and internal platforms, ensuring consistent automation, data integrity, and operational efficiency across multiple business streams. As core integrations mature, the role may provide limited advisory support on extending proven integration patterns to the Lead Generation stream, while maintaining primary ownership and accountability for the team's core initiatives.
