Senior Software Engineer

Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using React and Java-based backend technologies Leverage AI-assisted development tools (LLM-based tooling) to improve productivity and code quality Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML capabilities and promote an AI-first mindset Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and Microservices Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, DevOps, and product owners Contribute to architecture discussions and implement scalable design patterns Ensure adherence to Corporate IT standards , coding practices, and security guidelines Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization Support deployment, release management, and production issue resolution Preferred candidate profile Your Expertise Technical Skills Primary (Full Stack Development) Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript Solid backend development experience using Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices architectures Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes preferred) Familiarity with databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL Proficiency in Git-based version control systems (GitLab preferred) Strong understanding of web technologies : HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON Engineering Practices Strong understanding of clean code, refactoring, and design patterns Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Exposure to to shift-left testing and quality engineering mindset Your Profile 5+ years of experience in frontend/full-stack development Proven track record of delivering solutions in complex enterprise environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working across teams and technologies Client-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
